After the iOS 12.4 update, YouTube videos do not play on any browser

After the iOS 12.4 update, YouTube videos do not play on any browser (tested it on Safari, Firefox and Chrome), except on youtube app.

I emptied the browsers’ cache, deleted all the cookies, restarted the iPad but the problem remains. I looked for every possible solution without any result.

I installed another video app, Video tube, where it happened the same thing. Only videos from Vimeo and Dailymotion played fine.

Try a hard reset of your iPad by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake buttons simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons.

restart does not always mean a hard reset.

Many users get these mixed up/confused.

Did you actually DO a hard reset of your iPad and NOT just a simple ON/OFF restart of your iPad?

Okay.

In the browsers, try asking for the YouTube desktop site, instead of tbe mobile site and see if these videos play in the browser then,

Have you tried tapping on a YouTube video and have it open in a new tab and see if it plays?

As I already mentioned I tried restarting several times without any result. I also reseted settings and network settings without any result.

Nothing happens means the problem remains. Videos still do not play
