can siri send emails to people who are not in my contact list using the hey siri feature?

I just checked that and when you ask her to send an email she asks who should she send it to. If you just spell the address she is going like I'm sorry, I didn't get what contact you want to send your email and ask to select someone who she heard from the first part of the email address.

Doesn't look like she can do that.
