Apple iTunes and App Store

I haven’t been able to download an app or update or anything becuse I keep getting a message saying my account for app and iTunes Store is disabled. How do I fix this

Contact Apple Support, as per this support guide:--> If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'
