If ASupp does not resolve "on the spot" they always issue a trouble ticket NUMBER - so that you can simply give that number to the next person that answers if you need to call back

Your purchase date can be determined by subtracting from when the warranty expires
I’m so confused I can’t put it in the date by myself anymore
Contact Support like it says then
this is NOT normal - some glitch - only Apple employees can help (we are users just like you)
Done that Apple support said we going to get to the bottom of this it’s been a week nothing has changed
