How can the issue of "Purchase date not validated" in check coverage apple be fixed even after I give the serial number number and the date of purchase?

You are going to have to contact Apple directly to straighten out this issue:

Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support


Be sure to have a sales receipt and the serial number from "About this Mac..." and be in a location where you can be connected to ethernet or WiFi in case they need to verify your computer.
