purchased new iphone 12 yesterday iam checking coverage in apple site that tome shown ‘Purchase Date not Validated’ how can i clear this?

It is the responsibility of the seller to inform Apple when they sell an Apple product. If they didn’t you can report it yourself→Update your proof of purchase - Apple Support
