I have just enabled CEC settings on my Digihome TV and went to turn the "Turn On Your TV with Your Remote" setting to on. However each time I try to do this I get the following message:
System Control
You can't use System Control with this configuration.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Hmm, on my Apple TV 4K with tvOS 12.4.1, the setting for HDMI-CEC is in
Settings﹥Remotes and Devices﹥Control TVs and Receivers﹥On|Off
I don’t think I have a setting "Turn On Your TV with Your Remote" on my Apple TV, but possibly that phrasing is adaptive to equipment and features that it finds. What is your software version?
Is the “System Control” message in typical Apple TV layout, or could that be coming from the TV?
Are you connected directly to the TV or are you going through a receiver?
It looks as though there is an issue with CEC on your TV. Check to see if the TV has any updates, check its manual and consult the manufacturer if necessary
