iTunes unwanted charges

iTunes billed me 3 times under iTunes/billing, without me ever purchasing anything. I have lost 100 on my debit card due to this and I need to get it back. Help

Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund, or if you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it.
