I was wondering why my Apple Bill is $36.97 and I only play for Apple Music, and all my subscriptions were cancelled. I’m trying to connect my card but it’s keeps saying I own $36.97

Why is ITunes Charging me over 30 dollars for my bill I went to get gas because I thought I still had 40 dollars in my account and my card declines because iTunes took 30+ dollars as a bill out of my card that’s linked with it. My bill should be individual account and that’s it idk why I’m getting charged so much every month
