Is there any way to get all the file info the Preview Pane provides on your local drive to apply to files on your NAS? I would LOVE to see the file dimensions of pictures stored on my NAS when previewing, but it only shows Tags, Created and Modified. And yes, I've selected to display other categories like size, dimension, etc. but those come up blank. What am I missing?
If it is formatted as NTFS that could be the reason you are not seeing metadata on the files. While a Mac can read data from disk formatted as NTFS that ability is limited.

How is the disk space on NAS formatted?
I've got a QNAP 419PII in a RAID array. If I remember correctly, I believe I formatted as NTFS as I originally had a Desktop PC at the time. I'm on a 2016 MacBook Pro running Mojave.
