The ex has hacked my phone and since then I can’t access my App Store as it’s saying payment problem but it’s my bank card on my Apple account won’t let me get any apps due to payment problem? Since when do I need to pay for the likes of Facebook etc?

iPhones cannot be hacked or infected with Virus / malware / Spyware, unless you have downloaded spurious softwares or unauthorised apps directly from Internet
Also how careful are you in sharing the sensitive and valuable informations with friends and family members.
She has been on my emails and App Store iCloud and changed password etc I just can’t download apps as it’s refusing my card which is my only card
