Ever since my bank account got hacked and I got a new iPhone XR I haven’t been able to download anything from the App Store. This is what it keeps saying and I even tried to do a new app account

I think my account was hacked. if your account is hacked do you have to create a new account? Or can the problem be found and deleted? I used a promo code for a game, and now my bank cards continuously get blocked due to fraudulent purchases. I can’t keep getting new cards, how do I fix this?

It can't be enabled from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open.
