I want to send a song as a gift and pay with my iTunes credit. How can I do that?
I have more than $91 in iTunes credit and want to gift a song with that. Is it possible?

"When you buy App Store & iTunes Gifts, they're charged to the payment method that you have on file for your Apple ID, even if you have a credit balance available. You can't purchase an App Store & iTunes Gift with credit."
