This avenue has failed to produce results. I have contacted them but for over 35 days and multiple emails every week they have been working on a solution and they have made promises they have failed to keep. This is effecting enough users that I have created a Reddit community to track the solutions and document the correspondence. Their failure to solve this issue has resulted in significant losses of game rewards. This problem has effected multiple teams and those are only the ones we are aware of. I personally have 3 teams that I support and 2 out of three are effected and have been virtually incapacitated from any game progress. This bug has been labeled the “Crew Bug” and is well documented in the CSRRacing2 Reddit community. I can only hope that you take some formal action to help motivate them to a solution to this devastating bug. Yes it’s only a game but for some of us with a small investment it is a significant concern. We have paid for services that we are now unable to use. This in some way must represent a breach of contract and deserves your attention. I know I am not the only one that has brought this to Apples attention and hope that there is someone who is willing to listen and help us solve this problem. Thank you for your time.
