Apple Music has charged money from my card (0,83€), but I have free subscription till December. What could it be?

This may be a temporary holding charge, to check your card is valid, which doesn't actually go through. Check whether it is in fact finallly charged to the account, and if so contact Support: iTunes Store - Contact Us - Official Apple Support

Did you make a free account or paid account?

There is no 'free account' in Apple Music. New subscribers get 90 days free after which a subscription will be charged. It's normal on first use of a card for a holding charge to be made to check it's valid, which is then cancelled before becoming an actual charge, and that may be the case here. if it's an actual charge it's either an error or the OP has had an Apple Music subscription before.
