Trying to add bank account to pay Apple Card. I've entered routing number and account number repeatedly and I keep getting a message saying Apple pay services unavailable.

Hi, open Wallet>tap on the card>tap on the three dots on the top right corner>tap on the messages icon>ask for assistance.
