would like to have this charge reimbursed since I did not purchase any iTunes

Where are you seeing this charge exactly?


If an email makes sure its actually from iTunes / Apple: Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support


If you are seeing a charge on your credit card statement, see here: If you see 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
