Is it possible share a folder between two profiles on the same device?

Hello everyone,

In my office there is a iMAC that is used by me and my collegue: I would like to share a folder on my desktop with my desktop's collegue but everyone of us have a different iMAC profile.

Is it possible? How can I do?

Yes. You can share a folder within the Shared folder on the Mac:

If you have an external HD then it's even better if you format it as shown in this screenshot:
