msconfig always shows selective startup after perform clean boot

I performed a clean boot on Windows 10 (bootcamp - rMBP) ,but now what ever I do , inside System configuration /general /my startup selection is set to " selective startup" . I changed that few times to Normal startup and restart but it goes back to "Selective "again.

I cannot remember what it was set before I perform the clean boot , maybe it is supposed to be on Selective Startup while using Windows on bootcamp ? can someone please confirm if they have a normal startup or selective on System configuration .

I usually get nothing out of microsoft community platform as they only answer 'Idiot proof " style.

I provided screenshot in correct order , to see what I have done and no result yet .

Ps : I performed everything correct and in reverse to come back from clean boot , also gonna to boot and clicked on safeboot/back and select "Normal startup " didn't work (otherwise apply on Normal startup is grey out ).

I also opened advanced option in system config/boot / as it was suggested by microsoft ,but all is normal and nothing is ticked for me to untick .

It is kind of irritating, because it seems affected my Windows on start up ! for example when I log in an app or website & click “remember me “ , next time I woke up laptop from hibernate or sleep, those ate gone & I have to do it agajn.

or I made some settings on some app , but when I restart or back from sleep/HN , they all goes back to default.

not sure if it’s related to that , but started happening since I performed a clean boot .

This is a browser issue.

If Sleep/Hibernate does not restore the state correctly, you have a larger issue.

Can you describe what you mean by a 'clean boot'?
