I cannot get boot camp to restart in macOS

I used the Boot Camp Control Panel (which seems to load normally in Windows) to change my startup system to Windows. It worked fine. However, now I can't get it to restart in macOS by selecting it as the Startup Disk, selecting the specific option in the control panel, or restarting while holding the Alt/Option key. Due to its age macOS will no longer update, so I'm running Catalina, but the latest Win 10 on the boot camp partition. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Windows, Windows 6

Thanks so much. The reset solved my problem. In case someone else experiences this issue, I held down the Command, Option, P & R keys simultaneously for while doing a cold reboot. I continued to hold those keys down for 20 seconds and then watched as macOS started.
