iOS 13

I have the iOS 13 public beta and I want to remove it because of general bugs messing up my phone. On the apple website it says I have to go on the profile and device management setting on my iPhone but they have removed it from my iPhone due to it having the new iOS. It is contradicting what it says online and I want to remove the iOS beta off of my phone
