Apple Support sates they have tried to call me (3 times now) but no call has come in. What to do next?

Not a solution. I have tried 3 times. They state they are going to call, but then say they tried, but were unsuccessful. I SWEAR no calls came in on my iPhone, and NONE were blocked in that time period.
We are ALL users on this forum. We can't help you get a call back from Apple. You'll have to reach out to Apple and if necessary elevate your concern. Other than that as users I don't know what you expect of us?
No expectations my friend.
Just seeking commonalities - others who had same similar issues. So at this point, my solution is to take the iPad back to an Apple Store and see what is what. It was just odd to me that my trusty iPad just went haywire after a few years of working / updating without a hitch.
