I want to use windows system on my mackbook 2019, is it ok to install it?
is that gona couse any kind of problem to my laptop?
I bought the mac before month ago, and i dont want to destroy it with putting new system to it which the mackbook doesn’t support it
If is it ok to install it , will the two systems work perfectly and smoothly together? Or i will have some issues and delay in performing tasks?
Please, I really need your help on that 😭

Yes, it's ok to do so.
There are two primary ways you can do it:
1) Bootcamp - Apple gives a program to easily partition and install the Windows operating system on a separate partition on your hard drive. This enables you to run it separately from macOS with full system resources available to it. You can't run it simultaneously with macOS in this fashion.
2) Virtual Machine - You can use a virtual machine program, such as VirtualBox, VMWare, Parallels Desktop, etc., but this will share resources with macOS, since it's running at the same time slowing down the over-all computing of the system since it has to support two operating systems simultaneously.
Use which one is appropriate for your needs.
So, it seems the Bootcamp is the best option because i well use all the capabilities of my laptop In each system, right?
If using a virtual machine to install Windows both Windows and your MacOS are booted at the same time so system resources are shared between the two running operating systems. If you use Boot Camp to install Windows each operating system is booted independently of each other so when each is booted it can use all your system resources.
When you do a VM of windows (virtual machine) you choose how many resources to share (above or at a given minimum).
In short, suppose you give the Windows VM half your resources, your Mac only has half the resources to use which can slow it down or whatever percentage you give the Windows VM.
Theoretically, your machine could work. It has the space (presuming you haven't used up too much of that space) to do it, though memory could be an issue. How well it works depends ultimately upon what you want to do on Windows.
