On my new device it shows me that I have another phone

i had a a phone insurance and today then picked my broken I phone 7 and gave a new one.

i have them the old phone whit out signing from my I cloud. I did before I gave it up the rest delet all option.

but on my new device it shows me that i have another phone ( i could is active on 2 phones ) See pic
