I have another country registered Apple Music and there is 2.47 Rand left in the account, I live in UK now and cannot change or pay for Apple Music again as I cannot buy anything to spend the last amount in order to change stores.

Cancel all subscriptions : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
