It will charge up to 100% and then stop charging. Self-discharge as well as supplemental power from the battery will eventually drain it. But it will need to drop below 95% until will start charging again. Almost all lithium rechargeable battery systems work this way now. This way avoids doing thousands of little top off cycles which would be bad for the battery.
Also, there's no need to remove an iPhone from power. Once it gets up to a full charge it will stop charging and will need to get below a certain charge level before it starts charging again. However, they do something really odd with the charge level. 100% is not really an accurate reading. It's hard to describe other than I believe 100% can represent a fairly wide charge range (maybe 94-100%). It's kind of how a Mac notebook computer does it other than the charge percentage displayed is modified. Let's just put it this way - with a fully charged iPhone I can actively use it for a half an hour and it's still reading out 100%.

Yes, the computer and the battery will not overcharge nor be damaged in any way. And you will save on battery cycles by plugging it in whenever an outlet is convenient.
No, your computer will not overcharge.

Thank you so much for your info.
