Golf clash in app purchase not received

Ive paid for an in app purchase, the money went on credit card but I received nothing. How do I get golf clash to either refund the money or give what’s already paid for?

Refund Needed! I recently purchased some coins in my game to buy more items.. but when I pressed “pay” it took the money from my bank but did not insert the coins into my app account, I contacted the app itself and they told me I would need to speak to apple to receive a refund.

Contact the app's developer, and if they can't or won't help contact iTunes Support
