i Have emails saying I bought somethings and I haven’t and I have emails coming to me saying I have my Apple ID in different places that I have never been can you please help me?

Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support will help you identify/report those emails.
I keep getting emails stating my Apple ID is being used and purchasing stuff I never purchase
