Dropped iPhoneX

I dropped my iPhoneX and there us now a blue line down the screen and none of my buttons are working. I receive messages but cannot open them.

Dropped phone, screen partially black? Is there any solution if you've dropped your phone and you're getting lines down it now, so half of it is black and half is legible and you can see that it's still working ok?

I dropped my phone and now I cannot get key clicks or phone dialing sound or lock sound. All are turned on I cannot get keyboard clicked phone dialing sound or Lock Screen sound…all are turned on this happened after it was dropped
