I dropped my Iphone X the other day and green lines appeared on the screen and the touch is not working so I cannot do anything on the phone. Any help with what to do?

You have a hardware failure caused by the drop. Schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation and options, which will likely require you pay for a screen replacement.
Contact Apple support and get it fixed.
