Dropped phone, screen is stuck on what’s displayed at time

I dropped my iPhone 8 (64gb) whilst on the emergency call screen, and now whatever I do it’s got the emergency call screen stuck on everything. The phone is fully responsive however the screen has an overlay of the emergency call screen. Help
