I can't do anything with my iphone

okay so i tried shutting down my iphone 6 while it said " verifying update " and now i cant turn the phone off or unlock it and my home button is broke what do i?

If your home button is broken, you will have to get that fixed first. Get an appointment at an Apple Store for an evaluation.
