Unauthorized charge
I have repeated offense of Apple itunes
this one I found I am so angry the process is too difficult to stop.
I repeatedly have said the only charge I authorize is storage for .99 cents

You aren’t talking to Apple employees here. This is a user to user support forum. Read though this and if nothing applies to you, contact Apple Support for a resolution. There is a link at the end of the article.
