My airpods are authentic, and I have had them replaced by apple. However, when I received my airpods back they are no longer recognized by my phone. Also, they are blinking a green then blue status light when I hold down the connect button. What does this mean?

It seems as though they won't reset? They just flash green (slowly) then blue (rapidly)?
