Trade-In Device Lost in Delivery

The tracking on my trade-in package (iPhone 7 Plus) is not updating, and Apple is saying it still hasn't received my device. I shipped it out over a week ago, so I think the package was lost in transit.


Is there any way to locate the device and/or get my trade-in refund, or am I completely out of luck?

Apple works with a third-party to process trade-ins. However, shipping is the responsibility of the shipping carrier ... typically FedEx. You will need to work with them to get this resolved.
