iPhone marks incoming calls as Robo Caller or Toll Free or Potential Spam....How do I disable?

I just got an iPhone 7 and noticed that it started marking calls that start with the same 3 digits as "Robo Caller". Now I am getting incoming calls marked as "Toll Free Call" and "Potential Spam". It does not display the phone number. I've checked settings but can't find anything that references caller ID display. Please help! This did not occur on my old iPhone 5s.

That's coming from your carrier. US carriers are now allowed to preemptively enroll customers in their (free) call screening services and have begun doing so.
