Is this for real or a scam? I just had a big window come up on my screen.....a voice said that a virus had infected my computer and I should not shut it down....there was a phone # to call Apple Support but I didn't. I signed out of Safari and the message is gone. Then I got a message on my iPhone a minute later sayin "Your Apple ID is being used to sign in to a device near Kirkland WA" What should I do?

Yes' it is a scam and a scary one at that, trying to intimidate people into clicking the Scan Now button.

Correct. No one in the world could possibly know what is on your computer unless you allowed them access.
