Scam Alert?

I'm guessing this screen that popped up is a scam...correct?

Yes' it is a scam and a scary one at that, trying to intimidate people into clicking the Scan Now button.

Is this for real or a scam? Correct. No one in the world could possibly know what is on your computer unless you allowed them access.
