The haptic engine suddenly stopped working

So when I bought my iPhone Xs, the haptic engine was working. I was feeling it when I were using my phone. But somehow it suddenly stopped? And I don’t know if it’s turned off or if it’s broken? I just really want it back, so can anyone help me? I never dropped my phone or anything.
