My iPhone 8 will not receive or allow me to call anyone

My iPhone will not receive or allow me to call anyone when someone calls me all they get is dead silence. The strange part is I can FaceTime and text. I have tried turning phone on and off , checked airplane mode, call forwarding, blocked calls , WiFi signal blocked numbers and all other settings anyone else have this
