Why does my iPad still say I’m out of storage space even after I’ve deleted several GBs of verdins and photos?

Did you go to the Recently Deleted folder on your iPad and permanently delete the photos? When you delete photos, they don't immediately delete. They hang out in the Recently Deleted folder for 30 days to give you the opportunity to restore them if you want.

Ps: What are verdins?
