Good day! i will buy an Ipad Air with wifi & cellular at malaysia because of the cheaper price compared here in the philippines and also im currently living in the philippines so im planning to use it here in the philippines. I heard a lot of topic that i need to do something like to openline the ipad so i can use it here in my country. Is this another purchasing or spending that might be occur here in the philippines if ever the ipad arrived in my country?
