Artist, albums.... just randomly get pulled off of different countries Apple Music?

I am from Canada. I enjoy using Apple Music, but every now and then some of the music I have in my library gets taken off such as the new album from Ekoh. Also there was a band called My Darkest Days I use to listen to. So long story short they are no longer playable in Canada but are available in USA Apple Music... just wondering why that is.
