I forgot my iCloud password

These are user forums, we are fellow users, nobody on here is going to call you - and you shouldn't post your phone number on a public forum.

To reset an account's password : If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support

If you need iTunes Support's help (they will obviously only potentially be able to help if they can confirm your id and that it's your account e.g. by answering the account's security questions) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)

For the email password, go to your email provider's web site and there should be an option to reset the password there. If necessary, contact the email provider's support.
