Is this temperature normal? | MacBook Pro

Hello!

I was watching videos on YouTube and my MacBook Pro reached these temperatures (80°C). It's okay? I only had Chrome and Notes open.

I have a few days thinking that it's overheating very frequently. It always happens when I'm editing video or working in Adobe Illustrator, but now I feel it happens when I turn it on or when I use Chrome. Any advice to avoid overheating?
