How do I unlock my iTunes Account?

Currently my iPhone iTunes Account seems to be disabled. How do I communicate with Apple to have my iTunes Account unlocked and/or enabled?

See this article, and clic at the bottom (contact Apple Support):--> If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'
