My sister is trying to get us on family plan. I already had apple music when i accept her invite it still doesnt show me on her plan

Besides setting up Family Sharing, the organizer would also need to change to the Apple Music Family subscription. The Individual and Student subscription cannot be shared.
After accepting the invitation, you would be listed as a group member on your device and her device.
When joining a Family Sharing group with an Apple Music Family subscription, the new member’s previous Apple Music subscription would be canceled automatically. It would expire at the end of the current billing cycle, and transition seamlessly into the joined Family subscription.
