I have a 250GB mac. Documents and Downloads show 70GB used. Which folder has my remaining 150GB?
iCloud files are copied to ~/Library/Mobile Documents/ as multiple folders for each application.

Per chance, did you enable "Desktop & Documents Folder" in System Preferences > iCloud > iCloud Drive > Options... to save storage space on your Mac?
yeah .. shows enabled. My iCloud is 5gb though
