Apple ID not letting me change country

I want to change my country of my Apple ID because I want the apps for the Canadian store but when I do that not only does it not let me download anything and says :

but when I go into my settings to try and change it again it says my Apple ID is French when I hv changed it like 5 times to the Canadian one

You are only supposed to use the store in the region where you live. Could that be the problem?


 contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.  You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.
