iTunes cannot connect to store

Hi

i recently purchased a movie on iTunes using my Mac laptop and then I tried to open my iTunes in my phone , I cannot connect to it .

Rented, downloaded movie won't play in iTunes on PC, Why? I rented a movie from iTunes but the movie won't play. I've tried everything (making sure all software is up to date, rebooting my PC, using the mini-player, deauthorizing) and nothing worked. Why is this happening?

Try : If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or Apple Books - Apple Support
