I got one email which is say my iCloud id is locked by security reason

I got one email which is say my iCloud id is locked by security reason and there have on lock button and I was press then it’s say My names ,address ,social security number and payment information and I was put every thing correctly but it’s say my card was declined. I did 2 times those this and say same things. Any this wrong from my side ??
